• You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

• You retain ownership of photos and content you submit.
• By submitting a duck sighting, you grant Duckiehunt permission to display it publicly on the site (location, comments, and photos).
• Don't submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Acceptable Use

Please don't:

• Submit fake or misleading duck locations
• Attempt to disrupt or exploit the site
• Use automated tools to scrape or spam the site
• Harass other users

• We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged rubber ducks.
• Location data is user-submitted and may not be accurate.
